The beautiful sensation of having your mind elevate to a new dimension is so powerful and feels great! It’s not really about the postures you do or the place you decide to do it at but every time i do meditate i usually challenge myself at something and i act upon it. Meditation is not really about putting your mind in a blank state of mind it’s more of having deep thoughts and leading you to make great decisions in life and that’s why i always suggest people to meditate and relax their souls so you can feel peace and joy daily. It’s very difficult to be peaceful at all times especially when you deal with people who aren’t positive.
